SUPPLIED & DESIGNED ARTWORK
All artwork supplied should be passed for press although we will still normally issue a proof for final approval along with an order confirmation before we print, even if you have supplied the artwork. We cannot offer refunds or re-works on goods that have been correctly processed by ourselves from your order request.
We cannot accept any liability for errors or omissions on artwork which is supplied to us by our clients or of which artwork was created by us and approved at the proofing process.
Before artwork is approved for printing, clients are required to double-check the spelling, contents and design layout are correct before approval. Once approved orders will be processed for printing and further changes to the artwork will not be possible and may incur extra charges.
COLOUR & STOCK CONSISTENCY
Due to the processes involved in printing we cannot guarantee consistency of colour between print runs. However, if we are made aware that colours are important we will do our utmost to ensure this request is noted before printing but we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate colour matching.
Screen colours (where shown) are for a guide only as colours can vary when printed. Printing based on previous orders, different quantities and different materials can cause colour variations, unfortunately exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed between each print job.
Stock at our source mills change from time to time beyond our control and therefore we cannot guarantee consistency of the material we print on throughout the years. We will always do our best to secure large quantities of commonly stocked materials to ensure consistency but due to the nature of the way in which paper mills produce and supply various stocks we may need to substitute other similar stocks when our own stock is depleted.
DELIVERY & DELIVERY DATES
6pence Designs delivery dates are all based on supplying goods in the period specified at the time of ordering (standard 5-7 working day turn around time), however, where a specific delivery date is requested in less than the specified time frame for urgent work, a surcharge may be applied.
All delivery dates are given as an estimate of the date on which you can expect to receive your order. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any lateness in delivery. However, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any production delays should the need arise.
All prices quoted include free delivery to one UK address via a reputable carrier or delivered in person. If special delivery instructions are required please let us know to see if we can help. Our carriers endeavour to deliver on time however we cannot be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, loss, damage, strikes, etc. once the goods have left 6pence Designs and become the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any complaint you must inform us and the carrier within 7 days. Further, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss following loss or damage of goods or for late deliveries in any circumstances. In the event of a claim on the carrier will can re-print the goods if required, these must be paid for again and the claim then made against the carrier.
QUANTITIES
Every endeavour will be made to supply the quantity ordered for print work, however, due to the nature of printing, spoilage has to be taken into account. Whilst we over produce on the print run to include spoilage finishing processes can use up that extra spoilage allowance, we therefore reserve the right to supply goods in quantities that are plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered. This is standard practice throughout the printing industry.
PAYMENTS
All orders placed must be paid for, in full, at the time of order before printing. We regret that we cannot entertain credit account facilities unless by special prior agreement.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
In the event you wish to cancel an order please call us immediately. Due to the nature of how we print and if the order has already been printed the full price of the goods is due and no refunds can be entertained.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS
At 6pence Designs we will always endeavour to check any work given to us at the artwork stage, however, it is impossible to proof read all work submitted for printing. We therefore cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on artwork or for corrupted files. Should you have any queries on billing please contact us.
